I originally posed this in 2013 on another site at Midsomar, here in Melbourne Victoria and I decided to bring back the oldie here 'Homemade Crunchy Peanut Butter', with golden skins left on in this crunchy peanut butter. Rich in EFAs, this DIY and so much cheaper/better taste etc than the commercial variety, you will need a Blender or food processor however. Any nut/seed can be made to butter but the secret to nuts is to use roasted ones or roast them yourself. This crunchy gold can be eaten out of the jar and is nice as an oatmeal or sundae topper.
