I originally posted this in 2014 on another site at Midsomar, here in Melbourne Victoria and decided to bring back the oldie here 'Home roasted Peanuts in the Oven or Toasted on a Skillet', crunchy bronze peanuts toasted on the skillet for a better and quicker roast PNUT. A perfect treat freshly toasted treat, too easy and definitely one of my favorite legumes for anytime of the day. What I Used...
