For myself personally I’m not a fan of store bought Almond milk, regarding taste. It I can avoid messing around with cheesecloth's and strainers, to make my own almond milk, I’m there. Looking at the nutritional profile of a organic 1 litre cask compared to this homemade home pressed, the homemade is not only more creamy, but wins hands down. Almond milk is Amino Acid rich, including glutamic acid. However when it comes to the EFA’s, make sure to balance out its omega 6's with 3's somewhere in the day. So here it is, extra creamy, no waste, no sifts/strainers/cloths, 'almond milk with bonus leftover ‘Raw Almond’ meal, to use in other recipes or in fruit/nut-olas. Be prepared for a creamy white yummy mess. Add adequate sweet fruit or blend in dates for extra calories. Alternately have 2 serves to form the energy requirements form a meal on a 2000 caloric diet.
